Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll across all roles, including fixed salaries and performance-based pay. This position ensures employees are compensated fairly, accurately, and on schedule.
Highlights :
- Manages compensation for all staff accurately and promptly
- Handles commission, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensures payroll compliance and reporting
Key Responsibilities :
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payrolls
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality
- Calculate commissions and bonuses based on metrics
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for shift, attendance, and deductions
- Prepare reports and resolve any payroll issues
Qualifications :
- Proven payroll experience in a BPO or similar setting
- Familiarity with payroll systems and labor regulations
- Strong Excel and accounting/reporting skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
